My deepest sympathies to the Mayer family. Mr Mayer was a role model to a lot of us who played NCAA baseball, he also exhibited an amazing work ethic. I remember his smile & infectious laugh, he was always on the run, but took time out to visit. My thoughts & prayers are with the family at this difficult time.
