My sympathy to Jim's family. Jim and I spent close to 2 years together as roommates at Tachikawa & Yokota Air Base,Japan. A few years back Jim ran me down from a USAF website. We emailed back & forth several times. I sent Jim some pictures of the Yokota flightline and off base having fun with the locals. He was a good friend & a good mechanic on my crew. He always called me a " mountain man ", because I was raised on a ranch in Eastern Oregon & reside there now.
