James Kemerer Obituary

James D. Kemerer, 63, of Latrobe, passed away suddenly on Saturday, March 02, 2024. He was born December 12, 1960, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Walter and Helen Kemerer. He was a 1980 graduate of Greensburg-Salem High School, and followed a career as a chef for most of his life. While his main passion was cooking, he was also an active member in the local cub scouts with his son and enjoyed to hunt, fish & golf. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his half-brother Ronald R. Bergvall. He is survived by his two children, Tarah Robinson of Corpus Christi, TX and John Kemerer of Alexandria, KY; two grandchildren, Grayson and Gentry Robinson of Corpus Christi, TX; one brother, Robert Kemerer of Greensburg, PA; and two sisters, Patricia Weimer of New Alexandria, PA and Charlene Mekic of New Alexandria, PA. In addition, he was the uncle of Jeremy, Kayla, Christopher, Amber and Carissa.James family has entrusted his care to the CLEMENT L. PANTALONE FUNERAL HOME, INC. 409 W.
