James Paul Wallace, 82, of Westmoreland City, passed away in his home, Wednesday, April 12, 2023. He was born April 7, 1941, in McCullough, a son of the late Ramsey and Susie (McElwain) Wallace. Jim was a proud Army veteran. He loved gardening his flowers and vegetables and truly enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Jim is survived by his beloved wife of nearly 57 years, Sandra (Westover) Wallace; his two loving sons, Brian and Jeff Wallace; cherished grandchildren, Emily, Luke and Andrew Wallace; brother, the Rev. Ron (Lill) Wallace, of Indiana; sisters-in-law, Joan and Barb Wallace; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Charles, Ramsey (Janet), Glenn (Carol) and Rich Wallace; and daughter-in-law, Juliane Wallace. Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until the time of funeral service at noon Friday, April 14, in Jeannette Alliance Church, 437 Guy St., Jeannette, with Pastor David Gilmore officiating. Interment will follow in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.
