Jane C. Popoloski

1922 - 2018

Jane C. (Josephic) Popoloski, 95, of Trafford, passed away Sunday, July 23, 2018, in the Good Samaritan Hospice, Cabot. Jane was born July 29, 1922, the daughter of the late John W. and Agnes (Palesky) Josephic. Jane was a member of the St. Regis Church, in Trafford, the Trafford and Level Green Senior Citizens, Young at Heart, Trafford Lions Club and the Trafford American Legions Auxiliary Post 331. Jane was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Popoloski; a grandson, Patrick Popoloski; and her brother, Albert Josephic. She is survived by her children, Wes Popoloski (Cheryl), of South Carolina, and Thomas Popoloski (Tina), of Indiana; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; a sister, Helen J. Kociela; and two special nephews, Bruce and Craig Kociela.
Family and friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the JOHN M. DOBRINICK FUNERAL HOME INC., 702 Seventh St. (State Route 130), Trafford, 412-372-3111. Parting prayers will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home followed by a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in the St. Regis Church with Father Thomas Dansak as celebrant. Entombment will follow in the New St. Joseph Mausoleum, North Versailles.
