Kay A. Flack

Kay A. Flack, 75, of Latrobe, passed away on Monday, Oct. 20, 2025, at Kelly's II Personal Care Home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on Sept. 20, 1950, in Latrobe, a daughter of the late Arthur and Phyllis (Stouffer) Weatherton. Prior to her retirement, Kay worked as an administrative assistant at Adelphoi Village with over 29 years of service. Her family was very important to her, and she loved spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her loving husband of over 54 years, Floyd "Skip" Flack; her daughters, Lesley Yurek and her husband, Bryan, and Julie Repak and her husband, Ken; her grandchildren, Natalie, Ben, Abigail, and Christian Yurek, and Savannah and Garrett Repak; and her brother, Craig Weatherton and his wife, Sandy. Friends will be received from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 24, in HARTMAN-GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME INC., 1500 Ligonier St., Latrobe, PA 15650. A funeral service will be held immediately following visitation at 6:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Chaplain Steve Hospodar officiating. Private interment will take place in Unity Cemetery.
