Kaz was such a blessing to my mother who is a resident in Redstone. Her bright smile, sweet teasing and thoughtfulness touched our hearts. Recently she came to Mom's room with a bag filled with Word Search books that she had purchased for her. I just found out about her passing and my heart is heavy for her family, friends and coworkers.

Aunt Kaz was one of the kindest most genuine women I have ever met. Although we weren’t blood we were family. Thank You for being You and always loving me. That infectious smile is forever embedded in my memory & my . I know you’ll be watching over us xo

Kaz was a unique, kind-hearted woman who we had the pleasure of getting to know when she babysat her grandson in our neighborhood. She always had some treat to share with us, and we enjoyed our conversations on our porch while her grandson busied himself with a few toys we brought out. We will always think about her whenever we drink the jasmine tea she gave us or when we look at the little good-luck lion-dogs she brought to us from her last trip to Japan. Goodbye, our friend.

Kaz is one of those people gone too soon. She was so valuable to Redstone Highlands and friendly to everyone. Always went out of her way to say hello to me, when she saw me, even if it was way down the hall on the other end! So sorry to hear about her passing. We will all Miss her.

When I think of Kaz I think of her bright, sweet smile and how contagious it could be. Just by being in her presence I always felt more joyful. I also think of the absolute pride she had for her sons and the deep love she had for her grandchildren.
