A private service was held in West Newton Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to JAMES C. STUMP FUNERAL HOME INC., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township, 724-929-7934, www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com.
A special thanks to Excela Hospital and RNC staff for making him comfortable in his final days.

Les, you will be greatly missed by all your friends at Meegan Ford. We've been missing you for the last couple of months. You were a bright light to start our day every morning. You and Joe were much more than just customers. Hope the coffee and doughnuts are good in heaven!

Lester and Joe were my next-door neighbors since I moved to Collinsburg in 2006. Back then I had a dog named Jack, and Lester loved Jack. Lester and Joe were frequent diners at Hoss's (By the way..a Hoss's employee contacted us one day because they hadn't seen Lester in a while). Anyway, Lester would always bring Jack a doggy bag from Hoss's. I mean...good stuff! Jack was eating steak and potatoes, while I had PBJ. Lester was a great guy, and a wonderful neighbor. He will be greatly missed, as we were already missing Joe. Our condolences to Lester's family. We're next door if you need anything.
