My deepest sympathy to Mark and the family. I've always enjoyed talking to Sam through the years placing the ads for his auctions. He was always such a pleasure to talk with. We shared many laughs. He always told me he was a short, fat, bald man. To my surprise he was nothing of the sort. My Sympathy.

So sorry for your loss, Sam was a true gentleman. I spent many hours typing his auction ads for the Trib. Always made my day talking with him. Never forget when he and Laura came to my retirement party. Such wonderful people.

Deepest sympathy to the Glassburn family. I have fond memories of stories about Bullskin Twp and the fair and his announcing at the fair. RIP Sam. You were one of a kind and gentleman. Ed Cope, retired Herald-Standard chief photographer.
