Therese Bohince Obituary

Therese Bohince, 88, of Penn Township, died Sunday, Feb. 11, 2007, in Heartland Hospice, Mercy Jeannette Hospital. She was born June 13, 1918, in Trafford, a daughter of the late Louis and Doris (Schopp) Jenets. She was a member of St. Barbara Church in Harrison City, the Women's Guild and the Young at Heart of the church, and the Trafford American Legion Auxiliary. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Bohince, in 2000. She is survived by one son, Mel (Jeannie) Bohince, of Level Green; one daughter, Marylu (Jan) Crouse, of Irwin; four grandchildren, Mark, Kelly, Matthew and Dayna; three great-grandchildren, Zackary, Nathan and Alex; one brother, James Jenets, of Silver Springs, Md., and one sister, Evelyn Ference, of Trafford. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the JAMES E. LINDSAY FUNERAL HOME INC., 3343 Route 130, Harrison City. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 am. Thursday in St. Barbara Church with Father Joseph Bonifed as celebrant. Interment will follow in Woodland Cemetery, Penn Township. A vigil service will be held 8:30 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. The Trafford Senior Citizens will hold services 3 p.m. Wednesday and the Young at Hearts will hold services at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, both in the funeral home.
