Bill had always contributed to the team and was a great resource for our radiological response. He had contributed countless hours to training and provided support in any way he could even during his busy schedule. We will miss his no nonsense approach and the abilities he provided to help keep the citizens of Westmoreland County safe. We send our condolences to his family and friends. -Westmoreland County Hazardous Materials Response Team.
