Ann Martinetti Obituary
Born June 17, 1917, in Marstellar, Pa., she moved to Italy shortly after birth and remained there until she was 18-years-old, when she came back to the U.S. At that time, she lived in Freeport and eventually moved to Kiski Township. She relocated to her son's residence in West Vandergrift in 2002.
Mrs. Martinetti was a member of St. James Roman Catholic Church in Apollo and the White Star Club Auxiliary in Freeport.
She was survived by a son, John R. (Barbara M.) Marinetti Jr. of West Vandergrift; and three grandsons, Phillip D. Martinetti of Apollo, and Robin and Brian Petro, both of Pittsburgh.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dominick and Anna Bosco Pastore; her husband, John R. Martinetti Sr. (2002); and infant sisters.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and 9 a.m. until time of service at 10 a.m. Saturday in the GERALD J. MEDICE FUNERAL HOME, 1916 Moore Avenue, North Apollo, with Father John T. Sweeney officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery in Freeport.
