Brent Large Obituary

Brent A. Large, 39, of New Kensington, died suddenly Saturday, Aug. 6, 2011, in Alle-Kiski Medical Center, Natrona Heights. Born Nov. 6, 1971, in Harrison Township, he was the son of Parker Large and Sally Colwell Young. He had lived in the area all his life, and was Presbyterian by faith. He was a landscaper for CNC Landscaping of Gibsonia for three years. Brent enjoyed doing things with his kids, and was an avid Steelers and Penguins fan. Survivors include his wife of 10 years, Christina (Feil) Large; two sons, Joshua Large and Cole Large, both at home; a daughter, Gracie Large, at home; his father, Parker Large (Cathy), of Harrison Township; his mother, Sally Young (Trevor), of Murrysville; and two sisters, Brandi Gloer (Scott), of Lower Burrell, and Jamie Crowe (Darrel), of Harrison Township. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the KRYNICKI FUNERAL HOME INC., 1007 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home with the Rev. John Gehring-Anders, pastor of Pleasant Unity Presbyterian Church, officiating. Interment in Lakewood Memorial Gardens, Indiana Township. Online condolences may be made at www.krynickifh.com.
