Desiree L. (Chianese) D' Alessandro, 38, Of Penn Hills, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025, in Oklahoma Borough. Born Jan. 13, 1986, in Monroeville. Desiree was a good mother; she enjoyed vacationing in Myrtle Beach and spending time with her family. Survivors include her son, Dominic D'Alessandro of Penn Hills; her sister, Nicole Chianese of Plum; half-brother, Richard Chianese of Dawson; half-sister, Sheila Chianese of Dawson; two aunts, Darlene (Joe) Tierney of Plum and Sharon Fawcett of Lower Burrell; two cousins, Jesse and Danielle Fawcett; and her dear friend, Victoria Gonzalez. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Anthony Chianese, an uncle, Roland Grise; maternal grandmother, Rosalie Grise; and her paternal grandparents, Anthony (Boots) Chianese. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m., Friday, Jan. 17, in the Penn Hills Baptist Church, 323 Hulton Road, Verona, PA 15147, with Pastor Tim Williams, officiating.
