Leah F. Riggle, 81, of Ford City, died Monday, Sept. 13, 2021, at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital. She was born Oct. 1, 1939, in Slaton, Texas, daughter of Earl Warren and Lela Ratcliff Warren. She has been a resident of the community for the past 53 years. She was the wife of John D. Riggle, who she married Nov. 30, 1967. She worked at various restaurants in the area as a waitress. She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed life and loved her family. Survivors include her husband, John; son, Michael S. and Tricia Bramlet, of Kittanning, Mitchell T. and Nancy Riggle, of Ford City, and Matthew L. and Michelle Riggle, of State College; her sisters, Wanda Murphy, of Alvin, Texas, Nelda and Maurice Morgan, of Lawton, Okla., and Rita and Alan Nickelson, of Greenville, Texas; brothers, Orwin and Shirley Warren, of Cranberry, Texas, Carl and Sandy Warren, of Denton, Texas, Charles and Sanda Warren, of Point, Texas; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Stephen M. Bramlet; her sister, Leveta; and brothers, Earl, Marcus and John. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at MANTINI FUNERAL HOME INC., Ford City. Service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with her grandson, Pastor Nathaniel Bramlet, officiating.
