Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, in the REDMOND FUNERAL HOME INC. 524 High St., Freeport. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, with Pastor Dawn Lynn Check officiating. Burial will follow in Freeport Cemetery, Freeport.

Phillip,
My deepest sympathy in the loss of your mom! Mary was one of a kind and I remember spending time at her house with Ricky when I was young. Swinging on the swing and collecting chestnuts from the tree in her yard are great memories from Goat Hill!
