Regina Lewis Obituary

Regina L. Lewis, 69, of Irwin, passed away on Sept. 29, 2025. She was born on Nov. 9, 1955, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Robert Fischer and Agnes McGuire Fischer. Prior to her retirement, Regina was employed as a cashier, and she went on to cherish her role as a homemaker. In her free time, she looked forward to walking around the neighborhood, working on Thomas Kinkade puzzles, and completing word searches. She was known as an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. In addition to her parents, Regina was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dennis Lewis, in 2007; and one sister, Lois Saleone. She is survived by two children, Randy Fischer (wife, Lauren) and Vicki Hillier (husband, Doug); two stepchildren, Shelly Schwartz (husband, Rod) and Shawn Lewis (wife, Angela); one brother, Melvin "Buddy" McGuire; and nine grandchildren, Delany, Landen, Brenna, Nicole, Stone, Cyrus, Luke, Augustina, and Riley. Friends will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 2, 2025, at JAMES W. SHIRLEY FUNERAL HOME, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon. A service will take place in the funeral home chapel at 7 p.m. www.shirleyfuneralhome.com
