Richard Linsenbigler Obituary

Richard Dean Linsenbigler, 80, of Lower Burrell, passed away Sep. 10, 2025. Born March 10, 1945, in New Kensington to the late Dean and Bernetta Hinderliter Linsenbigler, he was a 1964 graduate of Ken-Hi and proudly served with the First Cavalry in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Rich was head ladle man at Allegheny Ludlum (Allegheny Teledyne) Brackenridge for 30 years. He was a member and past master of Tyrian Lodge #644 Free & Accepted Masons of New Kensington (Lower Burrell) and belonged to the Elks, Eagles, and Moose. Surviving are his companion of 20 years, Alberta Dancsecs; brothers, James G. and Kenneth (Margaret) Linsenbigler; and special niece, Sue Ellen (Dan) Stiver. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, Bill and Gerald Linsenbigler, Shirley Tyson, and Lois Anderson. Private services and military honors were held Sept. 12, 2025, at ROSS G. WALKER FUNERAL HOME, New Kensington.
