Roberta F. Scratchard

1947 - 2019

Roberta F. Scratchard, 71, of New Kensington, passed away Saturday, Jan. 5, 2019, in her home, with family by her side. She was born Dec. 7, 1947, in Pittsburgh, to the late James and Virginia (Davidson) Garvey. She was the loving mother of Paul Scratchard and Debbie Scratchard, who she lived with and was under 24-hour care these last few months. Roberta was a proud grandmother of three grandkids. She is also survived by her sister, Loretta List; and her ex-husband Walter, who she still loved dearly.
