Rose M. Pampena

Rose M. Pampena, 84, of New Alexandria, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 23, 2025. She was born June 8, 1941, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Anthony and Virginia (Ionadi) Costa. She grew up in the Highland Park area. Rose was a member of St. James Parish Catholic Church, New Alexandria. Prior to her retirement, Frank and Rose owned many businesses together and enjoyed running Frank's Lounge Restaurants side by side. Rose loved seeing and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by her loving husband, Frank Pampena Sr.; sister, Annamarie; and son-in-law, Artie Sarn. Rose will be deeply missed by her sons, Frank (Dianne) Pampena Jr. of Delmont and Paul Pampena of Murrysville; daughter, Lisa Sarn of New Alexandria; siblings, Rosalie, Frank, Ginny, and Phillip; and many nieces and nephews. Rose was a proud grandmother and great-grandmother to many grandchildren, whom she loved dearly. Respecting the family's wishes, arrangements will be private.
