Walter A. Ziewacz

Walter Alan "Wally" Ziewacz, 72, of Greensburg, died Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025. He was born Aug. 14, 1953, in Greensburg, son of the late Walter and Bertha Lopes Ziewacz. Wally was a member of Trinity Community Methodist Church, Greensburg. He retired from Scott Electric after forty-seven years. He was a 1971 graduate of GSHS. Wally kept busy as a scoreboard keeper at football games and, occasionally, announced plays and scores at Offutt Field. Besides his parents, Wally was predeceased by his sister, Thelma, in 2014. He will be deeply missed by his close friends and neighbors, James and Rhoda Bell. He is also survived by many cousins and friends. Family and friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 20, 2025, at BARNHART FUNERAL HOME, 505 E. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg.
