BRUCE MYERS Obituary

Bruce Allen Myers, 49 Bruce Allen Myers, 49, was born in France on June 16th, 1960 to Stanley and Elizabeth Myers while his father was stationed abroad with the U.S. Army. Bruce passed away peacefully on January 1st, 2010 after losing his battle with cancer. Bruce has lived here for most of his life and graduated from Clover Park High School in 1978. He then joined the U.S. Army and received an honorable discharge after serving 4 years. He also spent several years in the Washington National Guard. He has worked in several vocations during his lifetime. Bruce is survived by his father, loving wife Sandy, and son, Bruce Jr. He is also survived by his step-daughter Lisa Sombra, and 3 step-grandchildren; brothers Carl and Charles; sister Cheryl, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Donations would be greatly appreciated, and may be made to FHS Hospice for the exceptional care he received. Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home. 584-0252. Bruce and Sandy lived next door to us for 18yrs. We became good frieds as our kids grew up togeather. Even though we have moved away, we still have many memories and enjoyed our time together. We will deeply miss

My wife Cindy and I bowled with Bruce on a Monday night league, Short-n-Sweet. Bruce was a great person and enjoyed his company on Monday nights. He will truly be missed!
