Darrell was my neighbor for several years on G Street NW in Auburn. I am very sorry to hear of his passing and my family and I want to extend our sympathies to Marilyn, Melinda and Michelle. He was a great supporter of the MIA program and loved his family and his harley. I last spoke with in at the grocery store and we had a good talk. He will be missed.

I was sorry to hear of Darrell's passing. I knew Darrell when he was a very young boy - his mother Evelyn and I were friends at Boeing. We used to grocery shop and have lunch on Fridays. Evelyn, I'm so sorry for your loss.

My sincere condolences on Darrells passing. I was a contract engineer and worked closely with Darrell at Boeing for just over a year. Although my time of knowing Darrell may have been brief, I will always remember him as a good friend and a respected colleague. May he rest in peace.

Darrell was such a special man. Even when he was feeling really crummy, he would have a joke or a mouthy comment. No one could really tell how much pain he was in or how sick he was. I admire him for the courageous battle he fought and always putting his family first. We will really miss seeing his smile here and him showing off his "latest tatoo." Darrell was truely a gem.

To the Family of Darrell
I honor the memory of the time Darrell and I spent together at Boeing. Our lives ran parallel for many years before we met, even dating the same girl in high school, going to Viet Nam and then working at Boeing. Finally meeting when we were both put on the 737 together. We shared our dreams of retirement and discussed life, work and Harleys. You made it fun. It is with great sadness that I have to say goodbye so early in our lives.
