Gig Harbor, Washington - David Randolph Fete passed away on April 30, 2025, in Tacoma, Washington, at the age of 78.
Born on September 24, 1946, in Tacoma, Washington, David was the child of Geraldine and Philip Fete. He graduated from Lincoln High School in 1964 and went on to earn a degree with honors from Washington State University.
David built a career in television news production, working in Santa Maria and later in Santa Barbara, California. After retiring in 2011, he returned to Washington to reside in Gig Harbor.
David will be deeply missed by his sister Marilyn Knauf; niece Kristin Kuipers; nephew-in-law Peter Kuipers; grand-niece and grand-nephew Ella and Lucas Kuipers; and son Velton Fete.
May David's memory bring comfort to those who knew him. We love and Miss you.

David was always the cool Uncle who lived in California. I only had the opportunity to meet Dave a few times, he always had a kind, gentle spirit. My heart goes out to your loving big sister and loving niece! You will be missed greatly Dave and may you find peace.
