Dorothy Christiansen Obituary

Dorothy Christiansen Dorothy Christiansen, 91, died peacefully on March 17th. Dorothy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ernie, 8 brothers and sisters, and her parents. She is survived by son David (Judy)Eof University Place, daughters Julie (Bob) Hesla of Beaverton, OR, Susan Snow of Abilene, TX, sister Evelyn (Ray) Baird of Puyallup, 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Dorothy will be greatly missed, but her love for family and friends and her kind and gentle spirit will never be forgotten. Family wishes to acknowledge and suggest donations in lieu of flowers to Olympic Alzheimer's Residence of Gig Harbor, or Franciscan Hospice of Tacoma. Services at 1:00pm Saturday, March 28, 2009 in the Mountain View Garden Chapel.
