I remember Dudley's welcoming smile and funny accent. Dudley showed up to some of the monthly Drainage District 13 meetings to learn what it was and what it did. I was a commissioner at the time. Dudley would offer his insight on the decisions being made to keep the drainage system going, but best of all was him sharing some great stories from his past. It's been a while since he last came to a meeting, but he will always be remembered as a good man who did great things in his life and chose wisely when he married Teresa. Thank you for your service to this country and giving reasons for people to smile.
