HILDEGARD HEINTZ Obituary

Hildegard Heintz Gone To Fish The Golden Ponds Watching Her Husband Mow The Heavenly Lawns Hildegard Heintz was born November 6, 1937 to Fredrick and Margaret Latteier in Neuendettelshau, Germany. On July 2, 2013 she peacefully passed at St. Joseph Hospital in Tacoma, WA. She was confirmed by the Lutheran faith, and in Sept 2012 she celebrated her 60th confirmation anniversary in Heilsbronn, Germany with her son Charlie at her side. She married Charles Heintz in 1963 and moved to Fort Lewis, WA in 1964. Hilda loved to fish, go crabbing, and spend time with her family. She will always be famous for her sauerkraut dinners and German Christmas cookies. Hilda was preceded in death by her husband Charles, parents, brothers Thomas, Hans, and Oscar, and grandson Aaron. Hilda is survived by her children Lydia Helmholz (Steve), Charlie Heintz, and Diane Maclean (Darrel), granddaughters Ashley Hylland (Benjamin) and Corissa Haas (Buckey), grandson Nigel Ducharme (Amber), great-grandchildren Riley, Claire, Sophia, and soon to come to the world Hudson, and, not to be forgotten, her dog Scoopy. Immediately following graveside we will have a reception at the home of Hilda.
