One of God's soldiers. Yep, he was. An angel in heart and soul. You will be greatly missed, my friend. In the 48 years that I have known you, I knew that all I had to do was call out and you were there. I know you have that peace that was promised...but I just wasn't ready to say goodbye. And yes, it hurts deeply...I decided to plant a yellow rose for you and every time I look on it, I will know in my heart that in memories you are still here. Love you and will cherish our memories until I am gone.

Joe Lebert has an amazing soul. He was always the first person to lend a hand if you needed it. Joe and I worked together off and on for over 20 years. Over that time there are way too many memories of great times, so instead of picking one, I will say they were all filled with his heart felt smile and genuinely kind words. Not many people are as truly kind this man was! He will be sorely missed and the world is a better place because he was a part of it.
