LARRY KUPKA

Larry Raymond Kupka Feb. 13, 1948 to Mar. 8, 2015 Larry passed away peacefully at his home on March 8, 2015 in Lakebay, Washington, although he had been ill with chronic kidney disease. Larry was born in Bremerton, WA on Feb. 13, 1948 to Elmer and Muriel Kupka. He graduated from Peninsula High School in 1966. After graduation, in 1967, he served in the U.S. Navy. Larry traveled to many different countries, serving in the Vietnam Era. After serving in the U.S. Navy, he moved back home to Lakebay. Larry was preceded in death by his father Elmer, mother Muriel, and nephew Timothy. He is survived by his brother Don of Fife, WA, and his sister Diane of Bremerton, WA. Also, nephews Scott and Shawn, a niece, Misty, and many friends. He loved the forest and harvested huckleberry and salal evergreens, and also had beautiful vegetables and flower gardens outside his home. A graveside service and interment will be held later a the Longbranch Cemetery.
