I was looking at old obits and came across yours, I know its been a while but I felt I had to share my feelings as well. I know you were only 12 but we sure thought we knew what love was. I still remember my Step-Dad catching us kissing in my living room and telling you to go home. I remember our countless love letters back and forth. Under the tough guy exterior I was glad to have known the "real Neil". Now that I have my own children I cant imagine how your Mom was even able to stand on 2 feet at your funeral, what a strong woman. You continued to call me and my Sis a while after you moved, I remember you saying you wanted to be good and you would try to be. Now I know that from up above you are that happy person that we shared our greatest child hood moments ever with. Glad to have known you.

Neil..I remember days in Junior high of just hanging out. I remember the Halloween party we had at Jaireme's house. Just doing things and having all the girls have huge 'crushes' on you. Yet you and I were good friends, and talked for hours on the phone.
My husband is now with you. He passed 09-07-06. His name is David, if you see him, I'm sure that you two would get along. Rest in Peace.

Happy Birthday, Neil. You blessed my world 23 years ago with your arrival and it seems impossible that you are no longer with us. You have been, since the moment of your conception, the light of my life. I take solace in the belief that you are finally at peace for I know that your life was not what you wanted it to be. I share your story with all who will listen because it is a message of love and hope. I wish that for just one moment you could have seen yourself through the eyes of any one of us who loves you. You would have realized just how wonderful a person you were. You brought out the best in each of us. Your love was unconditional and you sacrificed so much in your desire to keep those you loved safe. I miss you more than words can express. Be at peace, Neil. Love, Mom

Neil,
I knew for so long and I know you are still here in everyones heart that loved you. You were like the big bro i never had. We had some good times over the years. Like the time that we took that mattress and slid down the stairs on it. You would be the speed bump, and when we would go over you you would pop up and send us flyin. Well I love you so much and you will always be in my heart!!!

God looked around his Garden and found an empty place.
He then looked down upon his earth and saw your loving face.
He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest.
His Garden must be beautiful, he always takes the best.
He knew that you were suffering, he knew you were in pain.
And knew that you would never get well on earth again.
He saw your path was difficult, he closed your tired eyes,
He whispered to you "Peace be Thine" and gave you wings to fly.
When we saw you sleeping so calm and free of pain,
We would not wish you back to earth to suffer once again.
You've left us precious memories, your love will be our guide,
You live on through your family, you're always by our side.
It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone.
For part of us went with you on the day God called you home.
You will always be in our thoughts and prayers......Love,Uncle Pat

I love you so much and yet you pushed me away all these years. I will always have our memories of back in the day when we had no worries. I just wished that we could've gotten along and talked. I will miss you and until we meet again know that you will always be in my heart and on my mind. I LOVE YOU!!!!!

Neil,
Remember when we would have bbq's on the weekend's and we would play basketball and you would kick our butts.Remember when you would ask for a dollar to play the claw game and always win a prize.Remember when you would shine your bike up in your room every night after you would get home.Remember when you told your mom you loved her every night before you went to bed. Remember this we always have and always will Love You.Now when I look up I see three angles watching over us. Mom,Dad & Neil

"Doubt that the stars are fire.
Doubt that the sun doth shine.
Doubt truth to be a liar,
But never doubt I love".
-- William Shakespeare-- "Hamlet"
Neil,
I cannot imagine the sorrow your mother is feeling, along with the rest of your family;however if there is one thing she would want to leave you with, I think the preceding words would convey her feelings.
You will be missed by your whole family.
Love, Uncle Jim

Wow……so close to home. First, I would like to share my condolences for the whole Triana and Trianna-Boman Family. Rachel and Randy, I am very sorry for your loss. Please know that if either of you ever need anything, the whole neighborhood is just a few steps outside your door. Second, I would like to share some memories that will last a lifetime. There was a summer in particular all the kids from our South End neighborhood got together and hung out on a daily basis. Neil, Rachel, Mitch, Eddy, Jaireme, Brandon, Stephanie, Cuzin Sara, Zac, Bobby, Ryan-Dianna, Jeremy, Missy, Danny, Tim, Myself……and a host of others…..just having one awesome summer. When the little ones went home it was time for E-40, Master P…… anything that had a beat we could put on full blast. I still have pictures, even though it’s been about 9 or 10 years. Neil, your smile was beautiful, your laugh was contagious, your room was the coolest and your personality always kept everyone guessing. That is what I loved about you and always will! R.I.P. and we will see you when we get there.

Just wanted to wish my condolences to the family. It is hard to believe he is gone. It seems like just yesterday we were growing up on South G St. riding are bikes, listening to Michael Jackson's "Thriller", and playing in the treehouse. He will be missed.
