Curt, I hope this message finds you having one of those healing moments that can only come with wonderful memories. Pat leaves behind an incredible man Curt. You were the love of her life. The last time we spoke she was still laughing about that whistle she rigged up to call in from the back yard, and we laughed about your obsession with having the first ripe tomoatoe in the neighborhood and then there was her story about your above ground pool and how you measured the clorox by counting the glugs but her all time favorite was when you dumped the bottles of alcohol because you thought they had spoiled. Pat was a wonderful person and i so appreciate having had the opportunity to get to know her.
You have to remember Curt that death is simply one moment in time that causes us pause just long enough for us to take an emotional inventory of each heart felt blessing. As you celebrate the life of Pat, I hope you and your family can take time to reflect on your contribution and difference each of you made in her journey; paving every mile with unconditional Love, honoring every milestone and standing guard at every crossroad.
