July 30, 1947 - January 19, 2022
Tacoma, Washington - Richard (Dick) Moran of Spanaway,Wa, passed away peacefully at his home on January 19, 2022 at the age of 74. Richard served in the Air Force as a Master Seargent, flying with the C-141 Starlifter group before retiring after 24 years of service. After his retirement, he worked on the conversion crew at the Tacoma Dome for another 16 years. Dick was a very generous man and was loved by all. Survived by his wife, Rose, 2 sons, Chris and Jeff, stepchildren, Mark(Evie), Jill(Travis), Pat(Crystal), Karly(Geoff), siblings, Bonnie, Kim, Robert(Anna) Mike(Jan), 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Memorial at Faith Community Church, 1014 152nd ST E, Tacoma WA 98445 2/12/2022 1pm
