Sandra Pascoe Obituary

Sandra June Pascoe passed away in peace late on December 16, 2025. Born on June 26, 1939, to Margaret and Victor McCulloch in Braddock, Pa, Sandra known to all as Sandy, grew up in the North Hills of Pittsburgh Pa. Shortly after graduating from North Allegany High School Sandy married her Air Force Officer and fighter pilot, husband, Richard (Dick). They started their 68 years together in the Netherlands, where they lived for four years. That military assignment was the beginning of a life that included many years of service overseas. During their marriage, Sandy lived in Germany, Spain, England, and Thailand. Home is where the Air Force sends you.

A consummate Home Maker, Sandy made a house a home in less, often much less, than 30 days, regardless of location or configuration. Furnishings and decor were arranged and pictures hung with an interior decorator's skill and artistic good taste.

Sandy is survived by her husband, Richard and two children, a daughter, Lynn born in Louisiana and a son, David (Kris) born in South Carolina. She was a loving mother, raising her children to be well-educated, responsible adults. She cherished and loved her two Grandchildren, Hailey (Tyler) and Garrett (Carrigan).

Sandy was a wife, mother, manager, and a beautiful woman in every respect.

She will be loved and missed by her family and fondly remembered by all who knew her.

No service is planned at this time.
