Dear Dr. Hirz,
Just a brief note to let you know you are in my thoughts at this difficult time and I wish you peace in knowing that you did everything you could for Sharon.
I know these past several years have been very difficult. I only wish we had been able to be of more assistance to you with Sharon's care.
My best regards,
Jeanne Brown-Unruh
