Everett Lee Obituary

Everett Lee, age 65, of Columbus, passed away at Columbus Regional Health on March 29, 2019, surrounded by his family.

Everett entered this life on March 3, 1954, in Seymour, Indiana to the Andrew J. and Willa D. (Coffey) Lee.

He was an avid outdoorsman. If the weather was nice, Everett was outdoors hunting, fishing, exploring caves and, or hiking trails. Because of his love for the outdoors, he worked as a construction worker just so he could be outside and enjoy his work. After he retired from working construction, he spent his time outdoors working at the family orchard.

Everett was a loving father and grandpa.

He will be missed by his mother, Willa; a son Josh Lee and his wife Cassandra, two daughters, Jessica Lee and Ashley Lee, four grandchildren Alexander, Knox, Nash, Riley, and Phoenix, a brother, Jon S. Lee and his wife Donna, a sister, Sherry A. Harper, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Funeral Service will be held at Hague Funeral Home of Medora on Saturday, April 6, 2019, at 1:00 pm.

Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Brownstown.

Visitation will be held at Hague Funeral Home on Friday, April 5, 2019, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. and after 12 noon on Saturday until the time of the service.
