Robert Elliott Obituary
He was born February 23, 1943 in Seymour, IN to Robert B. Elliott and Virginia Bishop Elliott. He married Jane Elliott on October 19, 1981 in Seymour. Survivors include his wife, Jane Elliott; five daughters, Melinda Elliott, Melanie (John) Mathews, Laura (David) Ault, Pamela (Marcus Joseph) Elliott, and Angie (Greg) Hoevener; grandchildren, Rikki Ann (Dwight) Gregory, Jamie (Cieliey Jones), Matthew Deaton, Bethany (Miguel Cervantes) Elliott, Zach (Mikayla Michael) Bruce, Carina Bruce, Samantha Douglas, Steven (Jona) Ault, Brooklyn Ault, Paul Ault, Kalynda (Nick) James, Deric Hoevener, Evin Hoevener, Stryker Joseph, Scarlett Joseph, and Silas Joseph.
Bob was preceded in death his parents; daughter, Bobbie Sue Elliott; grandson, Justin Ault; great granddaughter, Naomi Wells; and a nephew, Tony Gardner
He was a long time, self employed barber in Seymour, retiring after 38 years in 2016.
Bob was a U.S. Navy veteran.
A Celebration of Life will take place from 11-8 PM, Friday, October 24, at Peter's Switch Church of the Nazarene, 9528 N. County Road 760 East, Seymour, IN 47274. Military honors will take place outside the church at 3:30 P.M.
Memorial contributions are suggested to V.F.W. Post #1925, 311 S. Jackson Park Drive, Seymour, IN 47274.
