Charles Anthony "Tony" Dick, 64, of Benton, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 18, 2024, at Baptist Health Paducah.
Tony was born in Paducah, on July 9, 1959. He worked as a laborer at 3A Composites before retiring. In his earlier years, Tony enjoyed mentoring and coaching his son's little league teams. He was an avid sports fan who loved watching the UK Wildcats and NASCAR racing. More than anything, he loved and adored his wife, kids, and grandkids. Tony was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Laura O'Daniel Dick of Benton; his daughter, Noele Lott, husband Josh of Paducah; mother, Charlotte Dick of Paducah; one sister, Staci Averill, husband Kurt of Paducah; sister-in-law, Jenny Johnston, husband Steve of Benton; three nephews, Eric Johnston, Blake Averill and Wes Averill; two nieces, Danielle Condon and Amy Johnston; four grandchildren, Kaelynn Dick, Brilee Dick, Wyatt Lott and Cooper Lott.
He was preceded in death by his son, Charles "Ryan" Dick; father, Charles Robert Dick; and one sister, Debbie Naughton.
A funeral service was held Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2024, at Collier Funeral Home. Steve Smith officiated. Interment followed at Thompson Cemetery in Benton.
