Clarence Selvog Obituary
After graduating from Bremerton High in 1953, Bing enlisted in the Air Force where he served from 1954 to 1957. After the Air Force, he attended Central Washington College in Ellensburg, where he obtained his teaching certificate. He taught fourth grade for two years in Moses Lake, WA and in 1970 he obtained his CPA certificate. He worked as a CPA for 40 years in the Tri Cities and for a short period owned and operated a family run nursery in Richland WA. He retired in 2010.
He was a member of the Elks for 67 years and a member of the Rotary International for 20 years. He was a past President of Richland Rotary. He enjoyed golf, hunting, fishing, pickleball, and dancing.
He was preceded in death by his father Harvey, mother Lillian and son Steven Selvog. He is survived by his wife of 15 years Barbara K. Petzoldt (Kitty), daughter Cindy Elder, son Scott Selvog, nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Bing donated his remains to Science Care. His ashes are to be scattered at location of his choice at a later date at a private ceremony with Richard Petzoldt officiating.

I a so sorry to hear about Bing, I met you a couple of times in Ralph´s & my office, we owned NCMI. Bing was Ralph´s best friend, we lost contact & Im so sorry about that. When Ralph passed away 4 years ago I reached out . But I should have kept in touch. Please let me know if you need anything it´s so much to through. We dearly loved Bing so much. My dog felt differently, haha. He bit Bing two times once on the finger & once on the lip, Bing never forgot that, he had a whisker that grew inside his lip from that bite, I´ll never forget. Bing tried to give the dog a piece of turkey from his mouth & the dog took more than the Turkey. We had to take Bing to the Hospital & get stitches. Please accept my condolences, he was such a Good & Joyful man.
