Debbie and I were friends in high school. She was beautiful, kind, caring and brave. Debbie was always fun to hang out with and I was sorry we lost touch once I moved to Spokane.
I do know she loved her family deeply.
I am blessed and lucky to have known her.
My heartfelt condolences,
Debi Gaebe Roccanova

Deb came into my families life 10+ years ago to offer help in raising an adopted daughter suffering from Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, ADHD and other afflictions caused by her birth parents life style. Deb very quickly became not only a medical professional but an integral part of our family. I consider her one of my very best friends and I will miss her so much. Her laugh, her style, her beautiful smile and her wise counsel would always make my day shine. God bless you Deb and may you walk in peace and sunshine always. My sincerest sympathies to Debs family.

I'm also a KHS graduate of '69 and I recall Debbie's infectious smile and laughter. Please accept my condolences for your loss. She was a wonderful person throughout my high school times. It saddens me to hear of her struggles and hardships with cancer. I enjoyed reading the Obit, of her onward and upward path thru career changes, setting goals and achieving them. It is very admirable; what an example to her posterity! I pray that her family may feel Heavenly Father's comforting love by granting you all the peace of understanding, knowing she's with her mom now and others, free of any discomforts and pain. She's now passed thru the veil of this life and into the presence of our Savior. Though her physical body has left you, her spirit lives on through the life she led and gave to each of her children. There must be wonderful things for her to do and accomplish now in the Spirit World for her to be called home. I'm sure she is watching over each of you and would want you to carry on with happy thoughts of times shared with her and your families.
