Hi Charlotte, I dont know if you remember me. We rented from Don for about 10 years down on North Johnson Street from around 1984 through 1994. He was one of the kindest people Ive ever known. Always just a phone call away whenever we needed help with the rental. Ive thought of him often and have appreciated that he never raised the rent as I suspect he knew things were a struggle back then. I wish I could have told him this myself. Im sorry for your loss Charlotte and hope you are well. Sincerely Toni Morimoto formerly Williams.

Oh Charlotte, I was just looking for news of Flo and saw this. I am so sorry for your loss of your husband and your son. I am saying a prayer for you, dear woman. You have always been one of the kindest most gracious people and I deeply appreciate you and am praying for your comfort.

I was about to begin my student teaching when an advisor realized I was missing a class. He signed me up for Don Cresswell's class. This man told me that I was going to be an amazing teacher. He went out of his way to help me succeed in the class when I often felt hopeless. I've been a teacher now for 20 years and I still to this day have a special place in my heart for this wonderful man. Rest In Peace ❤

I remember Don from having played baseball with him at PHS. His athletisism was on display as our catcher while his brother Doug played second base.
His athletic abilities were on display when we traveled with the track team and he would go over to them to do his high jump after our ball games. He will be missed by many of us from that era. A quiet, unassuming gentleman.
