Christopher Hector Obituary
Beach Lake - Christopher Michael Hector, 52, of Beach Lake, died on Friday, July 23, 2021 at his home.
Born on January 31, 1969 in Hempstead, NY, he is the son of Barbara Bentman Hector and the late Norman Hector.
Chris enjoyed working on cars and was employed at B & R Collision Repair in Hawley. He was very talented and felt in his zone when painting cars. A member of the Norman Willis Hector Hunting Club, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a Nascar fan and enjoyed cheering for the Dallas Cowboys and New York Mets.
In addition to his mother, Chris is survived by his sons, Dillon and Chase Hector; his sister Lynn Mahmood and husband Asad; his brother Doug Hector; his companion Angela Kelch and her family; nieces and nephews, Sara, Adam and Hana Mahmood and Cody and Tyler Hector.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 30th at Hessling Funeral Home, Inc., 428 Main St. Honesdale at 11 am. Interment will follow in
Glen Cove Cemetery, Narrowsburg. Friends may visit on Thursday, 4 to 7 and on Friday, 10 until the time of service.
