Josephine Opett Obituary
She was married to the late E. Thomas Opett who died in 1986.
Josephine was born November 30, 1917 the daughter of the late Eugene and Nellie Reagan. She was a seamstress and worked at Katz Factory. Josephine was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Honesdale.
She is survived by three daughters, Susanne Taafe and her husband Thomas of Seattle, Marilyn McAnally and her husband Robert of New Jersey, Betty Wasserman and her husband Robert of Carbondale; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Thomas Opett; two brothers Eugene and Lewis Reagan; two sisters, Evelyn Townsend and Helen Villaume
The family of Josephine would like to extend their appreciation to Dr. Gutherz and the staff of Ellen Memorial Health Care Center.
A private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are attended by the Arthur A. Bryant Funeral Home, 1228 Main Street Honesdale, Pa 18431.
