My deepest condolences to the family. I regret that I did not receive the notice in time and missed the funeral. Dave was a dedicated, hard working individual and a good friend. I am pleased to have known him and sad for his loss. He will be missed.

David has to be one of the oldest souls I have ever been blessed to meet. How else do you explain his kindness , thoughtfulness and gentle ways...... never a bad word about anyone for any reason. From the first day he walked into my labs at RPI I knew we would be friends ..... and it was my pleasure for 10 years. And for those 10 years my equipment was taken care of by one of the best engineers I know !!
I will miss David's presence both in my labs and in my life ..... I will treasure all the time I shared with him and will always remember his smile.
Rest in peace Dave .... your soul is free.

As most have commented, David was a very kind and genuine man. I was shocked to hear of his passing, and grateful for the opportunity that I had to know him for nearly 20 years. My thoughts are with his loved ones in this time of grief.

I had recently worked with Dave at RPI and very impressed with his attention to detail, concern for doing the job right and sincere concern for the microscope and customer. I am truly sadden to hear of his passing.

Dave was one of the kindes people I know. He always thought about doing nice things for others and not wanting anything in return. People like him are rare and he will be dearly missed. He has left and impact on his family and the people he touched to last a life time.

I was shocked to hear that Dave has passed away. I have fond memories of him at Mike and Liz's home in LOP. I remember a jam he and Mike had as well as water skiing, snow skiing and more. Such fun times with the Glogowski's of California.
