It seems impossible that you have been gone for eight years today. Death
distorts time. Speeding it up and slowing it down at its own pace. So there is no accurate way to account for time when grieving. It also seems impossible that my baby is no longer making me laugh with his quick wit, or busting on me, but we were always laughing. I miss it so much. Maybe we are different but both of our children would call us at least one time a day, usually three or four times. Since these calls no longer come in from him we really miss them. And Ashley without her other half. It must be soooo hard for her. We are all hurting. Until we meet again. Love, Mother

To my fluffernutter - it seems impossible that you have been gone for almost a year. It seems like yesterday. Not a day goes by that I do not miss you more than the day before. My heart is broken. Lou and Polly, I read Josh's obitaury with great sadness. Although I worked with Josh from time to time, I did not really know him. Now I know he was born just 2 months before my oldest son. Like Josh, my son also played hockey (although not to the level the Josh achieved). I know well the road you travelled raising Josh and from my heart I offer you my deepest sympathy and I will keep him and you in my thoughts and prayers. Your friend, Jim Kelly

Polly, Louie, and Ashley, I am so saddened by the news of Josh's passing. I will always remember with fondness the summer he spent working at my house. He was polite and hardworking, with a quick wit that kept me laughing constantly. I hope that you are able to take some comfort in loving memories of your beloved Josh.
