Steve, you were ever a great friend and my memories of you are all good because we never did anything but enjoy our friendship through our mutually skewed view of the world and the witty sarcastic humor in which we dwelt with it. You will be missed and my sincerest condolences to all your family and friends and of course your children. My wife Santina and I will miss you greatly.
