Nicholas Feola Obituary
He was born on April 11, 1934 in Bridgeport the son of Nicholas J, Sr and Michaelina Feola
He married Ella his lifelong love September 11 1952 and they resided in Trumbull for 40 years and then moved to Springhill Florida in 1993
He co-owned and operated Feola Bros Auto Repair in Bridgeport for 15 years He then worked for Lincoln-Mercury also in Bridgeport Finally he worked in the plumbing and heating business until his retirement
Nicholas was Catholic by faith He was very active in St Theresa's Church in Trumbull as well as a Eucharistic minister at Saint Joan of Arc in Springhill, Florida He was a member of the Elks in Spring Hill, Knights of Columbus in Trumbull and Spring Hill, Florida as a past Grand Knight
Nicholas truly enjoyed spending time with his family and friends He was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfathernot to mention wonderful brother, uncle and friend
He was happiest when he was helping others He was always busy "tinkering" in his garage and shed building or fixing something He restored several antique cars over the years as well He was a very patriotic man who loved his country and honored the serviceman and women who fight for our freedom every day
Nicholas is survived by his loving wife, Ella, and , 4 sons, Nicholas J Feola, III and wife, Lynn of Chatham Massachusetts, Michael Feola and wife, Sharon of Springhill, Florida, Mark Feola of Albany, New York, David Feola and wife, Donna of Monroe, 9 grandchildren, Dina, Ava, Lori, Nicole, Michael, Daniel, Brian, Mark, Brianna, 13 great-grandchildren Janae, Emma, Avery, Chad, Connor, Sara, Ryan, Ellie, Alyssa, Carley, Clara, Cameron and Alexandria; and many neices, nephews and friends
He was predeceased by his daughter Marianne Rombilus, his siblings, Ann, Sal, Marco, Terri, Peter, and beloved pet Chi-Chi Funeral Mass will be held Nov 10 at 10 am at St Jude's Church in Monroe
