My name is Kyle Dowdle , I live in Visalia Ca the town that the family ranched near before homesteading near "Dowdle canyon" in the Tucson area.. my grandfather was David Robert Dowdle, brother of AC senior. I too am a historian and coin collector. I´m trying to keep the family history research going.. I´m very grateful for the work cousin Andrew put into it. My father David Robert 2nd passed in Jan of `22.

I so enjoyed talking Arizona history with Andy when I worked downtown. And his work on court states was fantastic. He was brilliant and kind, and a kindred spirit in his interest in the story of Arizona, especially Tucson. Great respect to Andy and deep sympathies to his family and friends.

I knew Andy from our work on the Dillinger program in downtown Tucson. His efforts to bring accurate history to this event made it a wonderful and enlightening event He was a joy to work with. I will miss him.
