Anna Chalk Obituary
74, of Tucson, AZ, went to heaven on April 23, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Chalk. She is survived by her daughters, Phoebe Chalk Wadsworth (Earl) and Laura Dashney; granddaughters, Katelyn and Jessica Dashney; sister, Phoebe Richards and many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass is schedule for Thursday, October 29, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 1800 N. Camino Pio Decimo, Tucson, AZ. Following the guidelines from the CDC and the Diocese of Tucson, the family will carefully monitor the COVID-19 situation to ensure the safety of friends and family. Any changes will be posted on Carrillo's Tucson Mortuary website. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the UA Foundation/Anna Marie Chalk Endowment - crowdfund.arizona.edu/AnnaMarieChalk Arrangements by CARRILLO'S TUCSON MORTUARY, INC.
