All my sympathies to your family. I am so sorry to have missed her passing until this late date. Bazy was an amazing woman; business person, horse woman, philanthropist, and as some of us were aware... she also knew a thing or two about cattle. My father and countless others were very fond of her spirit and ability to get things done. She was also on a UofA COA board, among many other things. Her legacy is extensive. She made such a positive difference. It was by luck I ended up finding AM Flashing Light for my mother - very thin from living in the desert on a res somewhere, we discovered he was not only registered but had been shown, under the Tankersleys - my mom was, needless to say, thrilled and we enjoyed that Arab for many years. An AM trained horse was a find back then, and today. My blessings to you all, and Bazy's friends. I imagine her husband, daughter and Al L. were awaiting her arrival in heaven.
