I have very fond memories of working with this fine man and expert printer. He was compassionate and enjoyed life. My deep sympathies to his family.

My condolences to the family. I always enjoyed my time at the Red Cross Blood Donor Center on Broadway Blvd when Chuck was staffing the Reception Desk. Though I didn't often volunteer with him (in the Hospitality Center), I did very often stop in on the days he was volunteering just to chat with him and catch up on his volunteer (and other) life. I can't look out in the parking lot and not miss seeing his Corvette. Nor can I look in the bottom right drawer in the reception area and not miss seeing a little pack of cookies Chuck had set aside. For many years he volunteered several days a week and managed to also be a regular blood donor. An inspiration to me to keep at it and continue to serve others. I miss him. May he rest in peace.
